  3. Send it out to Tennessee Clutch, I'm sure Don will chime in. They do great work and VERY good with their prices. I had mine relined by them for I think $25.
  4. I got that from my neighbor also when I had my car in the driveway and out of the garage for the first time this year.
  5. To clean the linings you can also use a propane torch, heat them up a little and the contamination will rise to the top and you can wipe it off. Do that a few times, and after use the brake cleaner they should be good to go (thats if the system is working correctly).
  6. The cans of Brakeclean go FAST, If you use it buy a couple of cans.
  7. I have all of the races installed,I'm just waiting for the bearings to arrive. One of my outer bearings had some marks on it, almost looks like some water was sitting in there at one point. Its tough to see but you can see the marks in the pic.
  8. You can use flat black also. That is what is used on the back side of aluminum props on airplanes to prevent glare.

  10. I found one on ebay that I was able to get for cheap($75). It had some nice pin striping on it. I bought it just to sell it, I think I got about $275 for it . I put it on my car just to see how it would look. It needed to be adjusted a little bit more but I think it looked ok.
  11. My48Ruby, great pic. You may want to look into changing your rear engine mounts . I have a used pair that are in great shape, $15 shipped, if you want them let me know.

  13. The DPCD stands for Dodge,Plymouth,Chrysler and Desoto. Not sure what the others are.

  15. Yes, I am replacing everything. I have the correct tools at work to do the job.
  16. I decided to replace all of the bearings, they are cheap enough. Should have them in a couple of days.
  17. That's what I originally thought but it seems like the seal doesn't want to slide onto the spindle that way, it slips right on the other way.
  18. This is what they look like for my car,which way should it go? I had it installed but had second thoughts and pulled it out.
  19. It seems like it would be tough for the seal to get on the spindle that way?
  20. When you say towards the wheel do you mean the backing plate? Or the opposite way?
  21. Hey Don, The seals that you have posted, does the rubber lip face in or out when installed?
  22. See if she can take a video of the sound also? Maybe we can determin where it is coming from if we hear it.
