  2. Nice work, I like the panoramic shot. Do you have any pics of the wooden boats and yachts?
  3. Looks like you have a nice and solid 38,she will be looking even better in no time.
  4. Ed, I use the same organizers at work I also didn't want to stick them down. I just used them without using the double sided tape (the weight of the wrenches keep them secure).
  5. Looking good!

    Nice shot bobostski
  8. Sure did, nothing beats driving and working on the old girl.
  9. I did my first oil change since the rebuild yesterday. Only a small amount of "fuzz" on the magnetic drain plug that I installed. I was shocked at how thin Shell Rotella T1 straight 30 weight oil is when warmed up (20 mile drive @ 55 mph to work). She ran great, it was also the longest round trip highway drive I did since the rebuild.
  10. Yea, we couldn't find a bolt at the time that would fit. The chain would get cocked and it seemed like the screw driver was the only thing that would fit.

Here is some info if anyone is interested http://www.atlanticcitynj.com/acairshow.aspx Here is the show schedule http://www.atlanticcitynj.com/!userfiles/beaches-summer/AirShow/2011AirshowSchedule-final.pdf
  12. Nice work Don! Now you put to rest the question I have had. The engine can be installed with the trans and the front end installed. Do you think it could have been done with the hood on? When I rebuilt my engine I removed and installed the engine with the hood on and the front end installed but with the trans removed. All done without the tool you had (would have been nice to have). Removal
  13. Here are some pics of how the filter on my 50 is installed.
