  1. Ed, You're a nice brother with a sweet truck ! PS....the neighbor lady across the street sure has a great set of pontoons.
  2. OMG Ed ! You actually use that nice old truck as it was intended ?
  3. Like Young Ed said....a 49 Plymouth first series Suburban and a 59 Dodge Sierra wagon.
  4. I backed my beaters out of the garage today so I could do the annual sweeping of the floor spring ceremony. I couldn't resist lining them up and having my own mini car show photo opp. Fun ! From......Up on the roof.

  6. One of my pooches is into nose painting.
  7. Brad, Your buddy looks like a young Edward G Robinson:D [quote name=Brad Lustig]I've got a "Cooper" too!
  8. Photos would be great.
  9. Was just gonna say the same thing.
  10. Thanks for the PM Dave ! My little radio is on it's way to you. Your price sounds very reasonable !
  11. A good chrome shop can fill those pits and refinish them for you. All you need is a lot of dough.
  12. Well then...isn't that about the same as a cast iron head of the same era. I wonder why the factory would put out an aluminum head ?????
  13. Mike, Are you sure an external bypass head with a "P" on it was ever made for the P15? I have two heads here with the "P" on them but they both are for the internal bypass engines of the early 50's.
  14. Wow Dave....what a great collection! I didn't know that the 20's radios had that big separate mega phone like the old wind up Victrolas did. If you do decide to take on some separate work I have a small table model radio from probably the 40's that I use to listen to every morning with my coffee until the background noise started to over power the broadcast. Any idea what year this little radio might be. It say General Television on the front. Please excuse the dust.
  15. Rich, Do you know if your aluminum head has a higher comp ratio than a stock cast iron one? Reg
  16. Have a good trip Tim. Bring a thermos full of coffee. Oh,,,almost forgot. Would you see if you could bring Yvonne back too ?
  17. Fred, That grab strap looks like the ones in my 35 Dodge sedan. Yours looks 30's to me.
  18. My condolences to His family and friends. He will be missed.
  19. Thanks for the show Don. Of all the cars and trucks pictured I'd like to be the new owner/operator of this one. or this one
  20. I've done that before with my tach/dwell meter but it only goes up to 1800 rpm so I didn't learn much. I now have a 6 volt tach for my coupe but it's still in the package
  21. Oh...that's commonly called a wheel cover and that's similar to what I'm running on my truck too. Oops.....can't delete the photo but I think I have some like yours too. Will post another photo if I find them. Update: Thought I had some like yours but I don't. Sorry.
  22. The 350/350 ruines it for me. I usually don't like chopped tops but this one is so slight I like it. I can't believe I just said that.
  23. I have a similar hitch on my truck. 2 bolts go through the bumper so it's pretty strong bit I wouldn't use it to tow anything more than a small aluminum boat or utility trailer.
  24. Can you take a close up of it and post it here ?
