  1. Now dad gummit Hank. I really resemble that remark.
  2. Here's my early 49 with the split back window. It has the typical Flintstone floors but the rockers are OK. One O these days I hope to have it looking like this one.

  6. I have a #61 with all 3 doors and (2) #65's with only the bottom door. What's it all mean. The #61 is the fresh air heater.

  9. I was sitting in a dentists chair leaned back with that suction tube sucking away while the Dentist and his assistant quickly went into another room to listen to the news. They left me there for quite a while alone in that chair until they finally remembered they had a patient politely waiting in room #2 with that tube still sucking away and the Novocaine wearing off. I was the last in the office to know.
  10. Yes Ed.......they don't quite fit the 39-47's without a little modification. They do fit the 48-53's perfectly. The MoPar box says 49-52 Dodge and Plymouth if I am remembering correctly.
  11. They were an accessory made by MoPar for the years 49-52 I believe.

  15. Glad to hear that. It looks like one of the characters from the movie CARS
  16. Check to see if the pivot pin on the pump arm worked itself out. It might still be hanging there and can be pushed back in.
  17. Ah yes ! Thanks. Neat car.
  18. Only red x's
  19. I had this Valiant painted about 3 years ago for $1500 total. A friends uncle moon lights out of his 3 car garage and all I had to do was drive it over. The left front fender was gray and the hood was black when I dropped it off. I wish I'd kept this one.
  20. Isn't that a valve for a dual heater system in a car of similar vintage ?
  21. I've always used an ice pick but that tool would make the job a little easier.
  22. It should drop in and bolt right up.
