  1. It could be as simple as a blown head gasket. Check the oil for water and do a compression check.

  5. Welcome to the forum. Those temp readings don't sound bad. What does the gauge read when the rear of the engine shows 200 on your infrared thermometer ? 33 Plymouths are cool ! I say this because I and Tod Fitch own one also.

  25. 3 years isn't that long of a time to sit idle. I would first trying to turn the motor over by just pushing down on the fan belt with one hand while pulling on a fan blade. The engine might turn over just fine if the engine was in good shape when parked. If not then go ahead and remove the plugs and squirt some Marvel Mystery Oil in each cylinder.
