  3. Oh boy...I can see where this thread is going.
  4. What about motersicles? (Or are they enginesicles?)
  5. Great video! Number 5 cylinder was low on compression so they put new rings on piston # 1... I like that 'Turbo Encabulator' training film although it is a little hard to follow at times. Any feedback as to when they will be on production cars?
  6. Robert, check this out; or go to Fedhillusa.com and take a look at their 007 flare tool.It is by far the easiest flaring tool to use I've ever seen. Pricy, yes, but they also have a rental program. Also a good place for info and parts. It seems odd that he doesn't show the finished flare...
  7. This is important unless you need more practice making flares... Also, nice clean straight 'ends' with no burrs inside or out.
  8. Yeah, you been there eh?
  9. I just had to do the brake lines on my 2002 Dakota and it's only 12 years old. DIN/ISO Bubble Flare M10 x 1.0 NOT to be confused with British/Girling 3/8" x 24 Inverted Flare. When did it change to 'inverted flare'? Bubble flare...really? It's just half of a double flare. Anything to save time and money on the assembly line. See; www.fedhillusa.com

  14. Same to you and yours.
  15. Ditto!
  16. Give the laziest guy the hardest job and he will find the easiest way to do it.
  17. I think it's strong enough to do just what it was designed for, to hold the trim.
  18. Or this one...
  19. There is always this one...
  20. And more. I've heard that "Big Al" is at Big Daddy's Museum in Ocala, Fl.
  21. Found some more pics of Jim Lytle's 1934 Ford 'Big Al' and his Quad Allison Fiat.
