  4. Im all about keeping Booger original if possible. Many years of searching for clock replacement or rotor got me to just do a simple AA quartz replacement as it was over the top too expensive

  10. yes your dizzy will have an Id # follow that for your ignition order. Try Roberts or Bernbahm
  11. after all the years reading about Pertronix ignitions I havent run out to buy one (6v Pos). Back in the day these cars were bullet proof. Is it the oversea ignition parts suck so bad? Um Loren..you blow my mind (damn girl, you good)

  13. After trying small 'bee hive' filter I went to O Riellys and foud a nice chrome Edelbrock AF. Modified the mounting collar (soup can and dove tailed to fit) B&B carb and used hose clamp to secure to carb

  18. those are the kind of upgrades I like, Sam. Im not a "purist" or a hot-rodder but upgrade all you like Mopar kids. For me as a plain corner gas station wrench turner, these cars were/and still are fun and ez to work on. ( and gas was .23) Change the brushes in a generator? Yup got that. Brake shoes? u-huh. These cars were bullet proof.
  19. I like the firewall brake fluid resevoir (where you can see the fluid levels and not under the floor) The spin on oil filter is also nice. What is that on the firewall with red cap?
  20. check Roberts too (I would imagine theyre the same)
  21. Pertronix conversions have had their issues in the past, as the above will attest to I guess the only way to find out is to do it
