It's mostly a survivor with a not so good Earl Sheib paint job that a previous owner got a long time ago probably the $29.95 version, which I think it adds to the character of the car and it did polish up nicely

It has upgraded front disk brakes,a BW r10 overdrive and relocated front shocks.

It's a work in progress I still need to repair axle leaks ,transmission leaks and a fuel sending unit .

But it's a strong runner and fun to drive and it gets a lot of attention at the local car shows among the sea of GM products 😀

All jokes aside re the paint job, I thought it was very nice, good shine and I really like the colour...........here in Oz we only got Mopar 4dr sedans from 1946 to 1952 in Dodge,  Plymouth & DeSoto then we got Utes to add to the mix but never any coupes, 2 drs, wagons or convertibles so coupes are coverted........yours looks to be a neat car.......andyd

glad to see that you have the original style Autolite Bullseye headlights. These were the factory installed headlights and the replacement style 6006 is not the correct bulb.

The Bullseye bulbs are getting harder to find and when they are very very expensive. I  just sold 6 of them.

I am going to send you a Private message

These are fun cars! I have one too.

The overdrive sure does nothing to hurt the charm of the car.

Instead of disc brakes I put Chrysler Windsor 12 inch drums and I am going to add a booster.

I am looking for a Special Deluxe club coupe front seat as the P17 doesn’t agree with my back side.

The car is so much lighter than the P18s I am seriously thinking of changing the axle ratio to a 3.54 that I have.

Good idea on changing the axle

I'm thinking of doing the same

I have  one from a Ford Explorer with disk brakes that I bought a couple years ago
