If you just want to replace it just because you don't like it, get a new switch with the CB in it.

If you want to replace it because it keeps blowing the fuse, the switch is likely not the problem. Check the wiring, grounds and connections for corrosion, breaks or faulty components. I would start with the dimmer switch as it is the component that is most in the elements. Mine was like that. I had to replace the connectors and work the switch to clear the crud and corrosion that had built up inside the switch over the years.

I was going to say after Snipers post-

 

When did they start labeling fused as 6 volt or 12 volt.

 

As Ken said- amps is amps (within limits like up to 250 volts, them them complicated electrons start to act strangely I guess- I am not a electrical engineer.  ?
