OUTFXD Posted November 14, 2021 Report Posted November 14, 2021 (edited) What are these and where can I get them? At least half of mine are broken or missing. Edited November 14, 2021 by OUTFXD Quote
Bryan Posted November 14, 2021 Report Posted November 14, 2021 Haven't seen a lot of metal clips offered..had the same question about wire holders, and have something like that holding the rocker chrome under the door. Might have to measure, find where it's holding the part and substitute a modern one. 1 Quote
Sniper Posted November 14, 2021 Report Posted November 14, 2021 (edited) When looking for stuff like that I start with finding the part number, then googling that to see if it's out there. Talk to the usual suspects that cater to our era stuff, like Andy Bernbaum. If not then I talk to someone like R/T Specialties, which specializes in this kind of stuff for the musclecar era Mopars. Chrysler used a lot of parts like this for decades so sometimes you can find a later application that uses them or one that will work. Sometimes having the part number is handy for this, sometimes that part number gets superceded though. Bernbaum says they carry trim clips and to call. https://www.oldmoparts.com/parts-body.aspx Unfortunately, this website doesn't show many pictures and is poorly laid out, imo. http://www.rtspecialties.net/ Edited November 14, 2021 by Sniper 1 1 Quote

Yes find yourself a good local Ace, do-it-best, type hardware store. Lots of that stuff is readily available. 1 Quote
