Hello all,

I’m trying to replace the headlight bezel of my Plymouth P8 because she has 2 different bezels.

I have already  buy my headlight bulb (H4 6v with turn signal:) ).

I want to use this model but I’m trying to find another one on eb4y and my friend G00gle but nothing.

do you know where can I search or a place to reproduce it ? Is anybody already use 3D printer to make some pieces ?

thank you all

Max

Your car has 2 different aftermarket sealed beam headlight conversions....the original headlights were the last year of the non sealed beam headlights and the headlight glass lens were square shaped lens........as far as obtaining another headlight surround I'd think that ebay and other sites would be your only hope apart from old wrecking yards..........the other issue you may have is that those aftermarket surrounds appear to be "handed", ie made specifically for the right and left hand sides and you may not be able to fit one to the opposite side....personally I prefer the original square lights but I understand why the aftermarket conversions were made and used.........good luck in the hunt.........put an Advert on the forum Wanted section.........the attached pic is the only one I have with a 39 Plymouth......note the SQUARE headlight surrounds, this was an Oz made 1939 Plymouth Ute however the front fenders came direct from the USA and are exactly the same as those on your car........and as mentioned your car is NOT a 1938 model but a 1939 model............andyd

Max,

Just wanted to chime in.  French Lake Auto Parts here in Minnesota, and Elmer's Auto Salvage in Fountain City Wisconsin would be worth calling.  They both have a lot of old cars.  Let us know what you come up with.?

Thank you all

in after market, the right side is it different to the left side ? Or the same

You have 2 different aftermarket pieces. Search for a match to either side or whichever one of your existing ones you like the design of better. The OEM setup for your car was a square lense with a headlight bulb and reflector system.
