"Awesome rack", which saying in some circles gets one in trouble.  What did it dress out to?  Biggest rack in Maine last year was 58", heaviest moose was 966lbs.  Moose season hasn't started in Maine yet, this year.

Taking the meat to the butcher today.  Won't know the total weight until we get it back.  It's the largest one I've ever packed out.  The Snickers is for reference to the size of his footprint.  lol

Tonights dinner.  Fried potatoes and onions, peas, carrots cooked in pineapple juice and moose steak with a garlic/onion/wine sauce.  MMMMmmmmm

It is a good friends picture, I think it is such an interesting way to do a mount. If you did the moose that way you would need most of a wall.

What type of deer is that?  It looks like a whitetail that ran through a mixed breed cow.

Just a piebald whitetail deer.  A semi rare skin pigmentation.
