This is nice, but what is it?

that car could be one any cars of the period out of Europe...many cars were of a few design houses...this one screams Maserati in the side profile and the door handles....but the back glass is a bit off the a4- a6 series...wish you had a bit of a grille shot as the grilles of the erar were a trademark design carried forth for the most part per maker...

Vignale-bodied Cunningham C 3attachicon.gifimage.jpg

thanks PP...very nice car..as I stated this design line can be found in a many of the cars of the era....Vignale was a very top notch design firm, I have two cars in my herd deigned by them, few from Giovanni Michelotti and there was Pininfarina...these cars will never go out of style..timeless design..some of these companies have evolved rather successfully only to be in hands of other controlling interest/groups.  Asian and Indian owned now.

As a note..it is still unknown the metal content of the crankshafts Chrysler built for the Cunningham racing cars...I think they never had a low end failure in these engines....but then Chrysler never had a Saturn 5 rocker booster fail either...

Accident waiting to happen....

I assure you that U-haul has no clue this was being pulled by their truck...

While multi vehicle tow is allowed to x length is many state...I am not sure the method of attachment of the truck to the trailer and then towing a rig behind that is an acceptable method...definitely a rig you do not follow and pass quickly if possible.

while the following link is not an all inclusive guideline..it does cover areas of consideration for those seeking to triple tow...and there is not as I see reciprocity from registering states that cross the border of the other....something that could get you in deep trouble just as quick..however the insight provided may help you know what to ask up front when planning such an adventure..

I once knew a guy in California who bought 2 new horse trailers in Texas. He planned to tow them back to California in tandem behind his pickup truck. One of the states he crossed in his return trip (I think it was Arizona) had laws about tandem pulls. He had to drop one trailer at the state line, drive several hundred miles across the state pulling the single trailer. Once across the state he dropped the trailer he was pulling and returned back across the state to retrieve the other trailer.
