Interesting concept; shift stalk mounted turn signal device?  For those that wish to stand out from the rest or just be different. (by the way, Im not the seller).

look closer...am not siding with anyone here but there is a bulb built into the unit evidently for alerting OD status..could well be the requirement for the second wire...

or the bulb lets you know your turn signal is on

but with the idea of turn signals you would need three wires minimum without a bulb....it could well be a many things if speculating...back up light switch, flamethrower ignition on...over ride switch to the flux capacitor..taxi cab light signaling whether on or off duty...photon torpedo..retractor beams...warp drive....oh hang..its just a generic switch in a generic knob...placed there by some geriatric owner...

Looks like three wires.  Lessee:  Ground, Hot Wire, and wire to whatever is to be switched, and to light up the little bulb?  

 

Now, if there is a contact to the shift lever, that might provide the ground. That leaves a hot wire, a left side wire and a right side wire for turn signals.  But how to light up the little bulb without powering both sides?

One of you fella's buy this?  Jumped from $17 and closed at $67 in the last few minutes of the auction.
