My Son (a great bodyman) is taking over the bodywork on my 53 while I take care of my wife while she is having Chemo for Breast Cancer. He has the left fender finished and just got the rust repair done on the right. The Hood, rear fenders and bedsides are next, then front panel, rear gate, doors and then finish the cab.

First, my prayers for you wife;  Second, nice to see the continuation on your truck. That will be a special one when finished.

Cancer sucks! I am throwing up a prayer as well.

Just thinking, that DODGE "O" on the tailgate will sure look good "pink".

Brendt, I like your suggestion, maybe we all should paint the center "O" on our gates pink. Could use a good water color and wash off when her battle is won.

one rear fender done, the other is under way.  Progress, albeit slow is better than none. I am letting my son do it slow but right. Still looks on track to drive it next summer. Crossing fingers.
