It was a blast, cooked a 150# pig, fed 120 people and the weather was awesome. It was a great group of freinds and family and everyone seemed to have a great time. We are planning to do a Luau every 2 years. (too much work for every year)

I am going to get a hold of the bus owner and see if he would like to do the Iola trip next July.

I forgot to mention that the dash of the school bus was the 48-50 style. The doors were locked so I could not get a picture of it.

For you "short bus" guys... I saw this one today just north of Germantown, at Rightway Bus Services.

Not the best pic. I just pulled ever on the narrow shoulder and snapped a quick pic with my phone.

I was chatting with a nice fella with links to the bus industry (much like myself) this morning and he sent me a few old photos of old Oz MOPAR buses. I thought that you guys might enjoy seeing them. He send me pics of some old Inter buses as well (which I have not attached). 1st photo is a Dodge, and 2nd and 3rd photos are a Desoto.

They certainly are cool looking old rigs. I guess they would have had the row of doors on the other side for you guys in the States. Here's the Inter's Ed...

That would be an L series with the toothy grill 50-52 and the second is a 56. Assuming they follow the US lineup.
