jorswift Posted March 30, 2012 Report Posted March 30, 2012 I was wondering if any one has experience with Red's Headers? I saw them online and thought it would be a nice up grade to the Flat 6. Thanks. Quote
gwaggonercpa Posted March 30, 2012 Report Posted March 30, 2012 I just bought a pair, but haven't installed them yet. They are well crafted. I gave them to a couple of buddies to look over and I suspect Red's has two more orders. Quote

1941Rick Posted March 30, 2012 Report Posted March 30, 2012 I put a set on my 218...very happy with the fit and finish..Opted for the plain finish as they are pretty much hidden.....the quality of the welds was sweet....can't go wrong.. Quote
greg g Posted March 30, 2012 Report Posted March 30, 2012 can't seem to find them on their site pics please. Quote

greg g Posted March 31, 2012 Report Posted March 31, 2012 (edited) Are those the ones that are modified SBC headers with the 4th tube cut off and welded shut behind the other three? Edited March 31, 2012 by greg g Quote
1941Rick Posted March 31, 2012 Report Posted March 31, 2012 I don't think so...no sign of a forth tube having been there..definitly 3 into one collector.. Quote
T120 Posted March 31, 2012 Report Posted March 31, 2012 I contacted them a few weeks back.Had a reply from a Jim Davis, (Reds Headers) along with this photo of their headers for a long block.Price was $210.00.None were in stock at that time but he expected them to be available in a week.I asked Rick about clearance for the fuel pump apparently he doesn't have a problem. steveplym Posted March 31, 2012 Report Posted March 31, 2012 Red's headers is where I got my 2 carb intake from. I think he was the cheapest I could find. Langdon apparently doesn't stock that item anymore. Quote
