Plymouthy Adams Posted December 19, 2011 Report Posted December 19, 2011 this poor beast was put out in its prime by an undeserving owner, I bet had the tree not fallen on it it could have dodged the bullets..even in its poor condition it makes for a nice photo Quote
Young Ed Posted December 19, 2011 Report Posted December 19, 2011 Sad looking representation of a 1940 dodge truck. I've always liked the unique styling of that year. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted December 19, 2011 Author Report Posted December 19, 2011 saw a panel truck at the last swap meet, truck was from a small town about 5 miles from me..it looks to have been started and stopped on a few times over the years but fairly solid, enough to really work with for sure...sweet part is the frame and power train had not be disturbed..sad part is the asking price was over half of that of a pristine one..that is why they call it an "asking price" and 9 times out of ten the reason for the no sale.. HanksB3B Posted December 19, 2011 Report Posted December 19, 2011 If it's near enough and you can take a landscape format (showing the entire front end) I'd like to use it and have some T-shirts made. Hank Maybe the photo is good as it is? Quote
