Captain Neon Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 The local town parade... The only day when the town drunk is applauded rather than scorned. Quote
Frank Elder Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 We have a gent that drives a motorcycle themed rat here in Omaha also:eek: Quote
T120 Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Perhaps an idea for a new reality type TV show featuring rat themed vehicles and titled .. " Rat Racing" Quote
Ed Griffin Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 I see your sense of humor has not changed any. Hope all is well Tim. Quote

Young Ed Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Tim in the future will you substitute removing for stripping? someone about you and plenty of stripping doesn't sound right Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted September 26, 2011 Author Report Posted September 26, 2011 you getting mental images there Ed...?? and for the record and using a military term that I hear often.....I was depainting the car.. Quote
Ed Griffin Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Things have been good here Tim. Trying to keep above water with this economy as you mentioned. Thought I'd stop by and see how things were going on the site. I also wanted to see what people were selling their cars for these days. Wifes been beating me down about selling one so I'm considering on giving in to her request. It's really good to see the site is still flourishing. Not to mention some of the ole faces like Don, BobT and others. The weather has gotten more tolerable so I'm trying to get back in the swing of things on my vehicles. Sounds like your still steady at it as always! Quote
Ed Griffin Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 you getting mental images there Ed...?? and for the record and using a military term that I hear often.....I was depainting the car.. LOL I agree with what young Ed said. That image would burn a hole in my brain! Quote
Don Coatney Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Fast Eddie Spaghetti; Good to hear from you. Do you still have both Dodges? Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Hi Ed. Glad to hear things are OK with you. Drop in anytime....just more often. Quote
Ed Griffin Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Hi Don "EctoCoatney" ha ha ha, I havent forgotton either. Yes sir, so far I still have them though I havent tinkered with the green machine. Not since I was troubleshooting it after it stopped on me. It has been sitting under the carport ever since. I sit in it occasionaly for that old car smell but thats been about all. I've been tinkering on the 50 Chevy pkup, not the green one, because I know I can get it running with alot less effort but I sure miss that "Fluid Drive." How's your blue babe Plymouth running these days? Has your license plate held up to the weather? Quote
Ed Griffin Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Hey Hey Bob, glad to see that with everything you've been through that your still in the hobby! I can only imagine the things you've been through these past months. When I heard about Joplin you were the first person I thought of. I did stop by the forum to see if ya'll were ok, what you had to say... I was just glad to know you and your wife lived through it all though your loss was great. I think that night was touch and go for many of us. Quote
Don Coatney Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Has your license plate held up to the weather? Tags still look good thank you. I did have a boo-boo with the front one a couple years back and had to doctor it a bit. Looks good now. Quote
