Screw starter...Holder....

Looks more like a jet wrench. You know, the little brass dots with a hole in them in your carb. A regular screwdriver can actually destroy a jet pretty quickly. All it takes is a slip of the wrong size screwdriver and you have in effect jetted down, leaning out your fuel mix.

Gents,

Looks just like a spring loaded punch I used to have. Could use it as a nail set but it was intended to make a precision mark in metal, etc.

Yep, screw starter for slotted screws. Twist the top it locks the slot of the screw to the end. Don't need a romantic dinner and a couple drinks for this one.

Dodgeb4ya,Don and Big John are right. It's a spring loaded slotted screw starter. It works good on those itty bitty srews in the dizzy. It's been a time saver. Some guy I worked with in a Dodge dealership gave me that back in the mid 80's.

I think it is a Hobac picker-upper used to replace the dinner and movie:D

Here is one for you. What is this tool used for?

I know that tool, and I regret to say that I've used it. I certainly wouldn't want it used on me. It is used to install castration rubber bands. We also used them for removing horns.

You are correct. It is a Band Elastrator. Turns a bull into a steer:eek:
