I hope you have an opportunity to give uncle Bill a nice long ride. Looks like he took pretty good care of it and presented you with a very nice piece to work with. Nice looking truck. (I might add some chrome baby moons and trim rings just for a bit of bright work, but thaats my personal prefrence)
