D-oH! Man I feel stupid! Of course PW would have them! Hmm with choices comes the possability of money savings! :D Odd I didn't find that head bolt thread when I searched for it, because I hate looking like an idiot asking too many obvious questions!

THANKS!

If you need Small Block Chevy head bolts you could take a short drive to Hastings and you can have (for free) as many as you need. They have all been thru the shaker and are nice and clean and pretty.

Thats a beautiful sight. Where'd you get your new front mount from? I'll be needing one for my next project.

which mount?

Shock mount I got from a trip out to French Lake.

Front Mount damper from Ebay (the guy in Turkey). Funny thing was I was going to put the old one in till the new one showed up and as we were setting the engine the mail came and the box from Turkey was there!

Front engine mount. When I touched the steel piece for the front mount a while back the rubber broke in two. I think I'll need a new one

Not sure how much of a concern it is but my engine came back from the rebuilder with tape and no paint where the manifold gaskets go.

That paint will buff off fairly easy with a Scotch Brite disc in a drill or die grinder before installing the studs and manifolds. At least that's what I did. I'd be more concerned with paint on the tappets.

Looks good so far.

Pretty sure you can get one from VPW or Roberts if you can't get the one from the guy in Turkey. Just took about 3 weeks to get here from there is all. Good part and all that jazz.

Oh ya Im sure those two and Bernbaum all have one. Just wanted to know where and how good yours was. Now for the even better question. How good is your old one??

It's in great shape if you'd like it to be dry rotted and in two pieces! :D
