Sub-groups (and newbies, check out the Member Map)

Hey gang, I may be speaking out of turn, but did you know we have a regional sub-group option? It true, we do! http://www430.pair.com/p15d24/mopar_forum/group.php?do=grouplist

It looks like a great place to do regional groups for member dense areas. I see that Merle started a Wisconsin group, which I would totally join, except I'd only be a member for two weeks. ;)

In any case, perhaps some inspired or motivated folks who think there are enough Mopar people in their "area" may want to start a group for their state (or province, etc...). Would be a great way to plan for meet ups, share events, or at least feel safe if a gang of Chevy and Fords start tussling your hair you can call out your fellow local Mopar forum members and challenge those bullies to a drag race! :P

If you'd like to take a peak at who's in your area, here's the map, and for all the newbies and those yet to pin your location (completely optional of course!), here's the instructions on how to tag where you are: http://www430.pair.com/p15d24/mopar_forum/showthread.php?t=20794&highlight=member

Okay, back to work I go, have a great day gang!

p.s. Thanks to Tim Adams for pointing this feature out! (He's prolly thinking, "Oh boy, I opened up a can o' worms with this fella! Gotta watch what I say to this guy!") :P

p.p.s. Hey Wisconsinites, join Merle's group! Poor guy is the lone member! I know you all are out there...:D

I opened up this sub group and have sent out about 11 personal invitations of folks that immediately come to mind, some I cannot find their user name in the members list...so...if you are a Georgia resident and/or know of anyone whom I have overlooked, please send an invite to these folks...I think it is good we should know who our neighbors are...this could be a good resource for local get togethers..I encourage all Georgians to register....thanks...Tim

Tim, neat idea, I just joined with my Hudson of course. Up here in Tucker the Mopar Club accepts my Hudson as one of their own, Mopar bought the rights to the Hudson name long ago I believe. Should be fun, looking forward to it. Richie.
