greg g Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 That truck gets more miles without moving than another internet vehicle, I first saw it forsale about 5 years ago, and it keeps reapearing on behest of different sellers. It like the Dodge Truck version of the Going out of Business electronic and camera stores. Quote
Reg Evans Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Substitute black for the white (too much contrast)and extend the black to the back of the cab. That way a clown suit wouldn't be needed to operate it. More like this. Or this but with the black to the back of the cab. Quote
aero3113 Posted February 1, 2010 Author Report Posted February 1, 2010 I think It looks like he should put Coca Cola on the side . Quote
Reg Evans Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Hey yeah......it could go right on the door. Quote
Young Ed Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Some stainless grill bars would tone it down some too I think. Its too bright right now. The red wheels with wide whites dont help either Quote

Big50Dodge Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 Stinky paint job the exact same thing Quote
Dave72dt Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 I wasn't very impressed with all the overspay in the engine compartment. Looks like it got powerwashed and then spray bombed without any masking whatsoever. When I see that, I question the attention to detail on the rest of the "restoration". Surely not show quality, let alone an attractive paint scheme. Quote
JBNeal Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 It took me awhile to figger out that I had seen this type of paint job before...flipping through one of Don Bunn's books I spied a b&w photo of that style of paint, then found this with a google search: Quote
Reg Evans Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 Here's that photo you are referring to. The red and white truck is different. Quote
