I think the very first place I would go looking to spend 3 million would be that trustworthy and reputable CraigsList.

Much safer and better than some flakey Sotheby's or similar fly by night outfit like that.

And since that slimey neighbor got that hunk of toast with the Virgin Mary on it, he's been much too snooty and should be brought down a notch anyway.
