  1. usually can't beat an all you can eat seafood buffet.
  2. I agree. There's much better seafood out there than lobster.
  3. my gauge recently quit working also. I have/had a new sending unit from AB in it. Worked great. Tested it and at empty position it read 0 ohms and at full 14.7. Switched in a NOS gauge and it barely moved. Checked and rechecked while switching the car on and off of course. Every time I turned it on it rose a bit higher. I have a full tank and it's now reading just over full. I think that it will work correctly eventually. Mine is a two wire unit.
  4. I've always lived by the "It's better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt". I'm pretty quiet most times.
  5. I don't get it either.
  6. Welcome to the site. What parts are you missing. Andy Bernbaum, Roberts Motors, and ebay are great sources.

  9. I couldn't find a large sprocket that would fit on my 3 wheeler front tire shaft. I wanted a 72 I have a 48 tooth.
  10. Busycoupe gets it.
  11. I've just about got my game/firewood hauler built. First test run. Went right up the hill. Clutch is getting hot. I've been told that because it's moving so slow it doesn't engage completly and slips causing friction/heat. I need to research a fix. It's based upon this commercial one. http://www.ascendercarrier.com/gallery
  12. This is an original. I replaced these with new ones and the other was a total loss. This one might get someone by for awhile. It has a rust hole in the back plate and there is about 2" by 1/2" missing on the end and it has a crack. See photos This is free just have to pay shipping from Alaska. Cheapest way is USPS.
  13. db_ca welcome but no photo showing.
  14. I think that he gave himself that moniker.
  15. On the way home from work we stopped by the chainsaw carver's place. Saw this and couldn't resist a closer look.
  16. Went to a small car show at Car Quest today. About 25 cars total. Took some photos of the only MOPARs there.
  17. Thanks Don for going to the trouble of taking that photo. I know how hard it is. I've been working on getting my fuel gauge working again lately. I've ordered something similar off of ebay and will make it work. Thanks everyone.
  18. Center headlight should be Tucker style and turn with the wheels.
  19. T120 that's pretty neat. It would work as well. I'll keep an eye open for one. Thanks Dpollo. I'll keep searching.
  20. That's what I was thinking I was just checking to see if anyone had done it and knew the ins and outs.
  21. Searched but could not find an answer. I keep forgetting to release the E brake. There's already a light in the dash just above and to the right of the steering colum that isn't being used. Has anyone put in a E brake switch? If so what did you use? Thanks.
  22. take him and it to a few shows.
  23. There have been tons written here on this swap. Just do a search with disc brakes as the search criteria.
  24. when the points contact everything just sits there. No movement. But I do here a loud click like it's trying to move the winder but not succeeding. Hooked straight to a 6 volt battery.
