Welcome Dave to our (dis)functional little part of the world! Start a build thread for your project to keep things nice and tidy and to keep us all up to date on your progress. Here is a link for a thread the memebers have contributed to for parts vendors: Suggest you buy a Parts Manual and a Shop Manual off the interwebs to help you in your project. What are your plans? Full resto, resto-mod, fix and drive? The search function here can be a bit tricky so this thread was started to help: https://p15-d24.com/topic/46048-search-help/

some tight tols on the .484 dim... Break out the GD&T -
Spent more time with the parts yesterday, a few cut off wheels and a few scary moments with large pieces by myself....I've secioned it into 4 pieces now, but have decided to just build a new one, these parts are just too beat up to match up to a nice clean cab and frame. So off to CoreMark I go to spend unplanned $$.

Better than my experience...I had some blue lyretail rams....very colorful and they decided to procreate....even with a divider all the fry got gone when a fish jumped the barrier and ate 'em all. (not my picture, mine were even more colorful)

If the horn is the same as the B series, you may have to clean the contacts (done it seems)and/or make adjustments on the set screws on back. I had to dial mine in a bit to get a good "honk".

Ever see the video of the tesla that was burning under the ocean after they pushed it in? These chemical reactions just don't stop.

That is the problem with the Li batteries...no way to really extinguish. I'm sure with time they will be "safer" like our cell phones, but I can't imagine what would happen in a condo complex where the first few floors (maybe underground) are filled with EV's and one cooks off...my buddy lived downtown MPLS in such a place, walking thru his garage one day made me think of this as I saw all the tesla's lined up.

take a leisurely drive to MN, stop and see the sights, meet the locals....I'm sure it'd be cheaper than the shipping

Yah its luck of the draw on epay. I know Roberts was looking at one time to repop, but I don't think he did.

Driver side was more often part of the truck stock order, passenger side was optional. No one repops this style. I fixed the photo(s) orientation for you...

Call Midwest. I had mine custom made for my 1 ton (they didn't have the hole pattern). Good people who want things right.
