Finally got a chance to take the old Dodge out for a longer drive yesterday. Put about 70 miles on her, and gave her the exercise that she so sorely needed. She was running okay before I left, but ran so much better afterwards. And thanx fur lookin'!

$Gas at $3.29. Sigh, just a dream here. That would really take me into the past, Old Plymouth or not.

I cruised mine by the old service station and on up to the old building that was once the gristmill. Got home and the bills were still due, gas was still 3.29 a gallon ...time machine my butt...

Does that extend to web forums too?

Have been to POC events and WPC events. WPC shows are participant judged, POC are judged by a panel of participants under the direction of Judging officials according to a strict as it left the factory points grid. The WPC includes new cars and trucks as well as vintage models, so if you like looking at PT Cruisers and Prowlers, Crossfires, Chargers and new Challengers yer welcomed to. The POC has a better newsletter but it is available on line. The WPC seems to be encouraging younger members by not strictly adhearing to a as manufactured judging regime. The POC in my opinion is actively averse to anyone who wants to include a modified vehicle at their events. There are of course wonderful people who are members of one or the other or both. I would encourage you to attend a meeting or an event of both, and get a feel for which group you feel more comforatbly inclined toward.

Thought I would share the final finishing phase of the trailer I took down to the Clements BBQ. Now to take her out and enjoy some camping. Then back to work on the truck......

Love the pictures of your car with the wonderful backgrounds. They are perfect examples of why I like old cars in basically stock conditon. They are time machines that take us back to a different era. The backgrounds just add to the sense of history.
