Never had good luck finding those #s in the books. I think they might be the # for just the tank itself and the book lists the assembly.

Radiator 1195170 has been updated to #1272945 ( small diameter radiator pressure cap) used on all 1/2 thru 1 ton 1948-1953 trucks..........  this info is out of a 1954 MoPar Supersedence parts list.

Shown below is the #1195170 in the B1 Series DT parts book.... shows it fits the B1B 1/2 ton only. Using the large diameter no pressure radiator  cap.

possibly, but sounds and looks like it is the RIGHT radiator at least!

Nice to know it's of that age.  now for the cap.  I'm thinking I should replace the current one with an original style non-pressure cap.  Any NAPA part numbers out there that would work?
