waterpump top fitting.where to find and do I need it?

okay I have a water pump that has a fitting on top that's broken. Is it necessary where can I find one does it have a part number. Here are some pictures to describe it. Thanks in advance

look carefully at your pump.....is the hole this fitting is adapted to threaded?  some are....

No the hole is not threaded .I.need the cooling water elbow.

Wel that looks like it. The problem is I dont have ebay. I need to find that persons phone number. Or find a place who has it.it was a helpful reply because he says a part numbe of 1139089.
