Any ideas?  It looks like parts of the engine are aluminum.  There is a glass cylinder to check the oil at the base.  It's got a neat gauge bezel with images of pinecones stamped into it and wood spoked wheels.  A tag on the cowl suggests it may have been made in Canada.

There is a "What is it?" forum over at the AACA site which will likely lead to definitive answers.

 

My wild guess is early to mid 1920s Buick.

Is the car buyable?  Heck I'd bet some big dollar rodder would pay over 2 grand just for that guage panel!!
