VintageMoParts Posted November 24, 2012 Report Posted November 24, 2012 Hey all just tryin to see if anyone has an interest in vintage MoPar Tees. I'm been trying to justify print one or two up for myself but it's too expensive to only do a couple.. Holler at me if you think you'd be interested in one or some and if I can get an order of +25 together it would make them around $12-$15 each. Feel free to shoot me an email and let me know what your thoughts are or suggestions.. Cheak out some of the designs here »» PHOTOS Something like this.......you get the idea.. Quote
Robert Horne Posted November 24, 2012 Report Posted November 24, 2012 You have a great selection of photos there.... I printed an iron-on photo on my printer, and then applied the iron-on, on a couple of tshirts. They came out ok, but do not hold up to too many washings..... Quote
VintageMoParts Posted November 24, 2012 Author Report Posted November 24, 2012 Bob, you are right. I've done the iron on thing and they were just OK. You really need a good heat press too rather than an iron. By the time I was done it seemed like I had spent more time and money on ink and the transfer paper than it would cost to just do a nice silk screen... I've added a couple t-shirts to my website so if anybody wants to start "pre-ordering" them they can then if I hit the discount price where I can get them made for the $12-$16 range I'll send them off to press. Robert Horne Posted November 24, 2012 Report Posted November 24, 2012 Years ago, I found a sketch of a 37 Plymouth, which I printed and showed to a couple of artists along with a photo of my 38 Coupe. I wanted to hire them to make a sketch of the 38 similar to the 37 sketch, and have some tshirts made for gifts for family members. I never did get a 38 sketch, o well. Here are photos of the 37 year decal, and the 37 to 47 decals, I believe... The green/red 37 would be nice to add a "1937" on it. Quote
