She finally came down off the stands. Wanted to see how the stance looks. I think it is just right.............getting there. Using a fabbed roll pan instead of rear bumper w/ frenched license plate.

I appreciate all the good things you guys are saying . I also want to say how much respect I have for all of you in this forum.

I also hope someone can help me with getting new hinge pins for the doors on my wagon.

Started to get doors aligned and found hinge pins are worn. Need to find out what diameter and how long they are.

This is in no way a dig or a sarcastic remark because I really like what youv'e done with your wagon, after making it so smooth and custom, are you going with hidden hinges on your gate in the back? Or do you like what's on there now?

Well, you know I saw one that had hidden hinges and I did like the look. But I also like the hinges and am going to keep them out. Am kinda mixing things up with some custom and old school looks.

Am very fortunate in having a great wife.......have had friends say I have a pretty understanding wife, I tell them kiddingly, well, she's pretty........she backs me in everything I want to do on or to the car. I also know when it comes to house or family, they are 1st priority and car is 2nd.......she knows I know that.

I see what you mean by looking at the front fenders. Beleive me they are steel and the angle is making it look like that. The fenders have Hagan frenched buckets in them .

Motor is a mild 360 w/727 auto......hope to get 18-20 mpg. I had a 66 Pro-street Dart.........4 mpg, couldn't hear yourself think 3" exhaust, 550 HP, basically a racecar for the street, 10 sec 1/4 mile.............a fun car......but now I'm looking for the creature comforts..........radio you can hear, fully insulated, PS/PB, good MPG.............everything the Dart was, this won't be.

63 Dart. I really liked it, but with two in college and a host of medical bills, wife said one of the old cars had to go, so I kept the Plymouth.

I pulled the leaning tower of power and bought a newly rebuilt 360 long block from a guy that claimed it was stock other than an "RV" cam. I can't verify this, as it was way stout. I got a free 8" Ford rear and stuck under it out of a Maverick, with a 2.76 gear. Didn't even have to modify the spring perches, direct bolt in. Weiand Stealth intake, Eddy 650AVS and it'd bark the tires at 45MPH when I got on it. Pegged the speedo a few times, but never had it to the track. I figured with the gear, it would be slow outta the hole.

I like my old PLymouth better though. It's just a driver, but having the all Mopar drive train, I didn't go to a single show this year that somebody didn't try to buy it.

I NEVER thought about pricing it. I've had a '72 Challenger 340 Ralleye, '67 Belvedere, '79 Warlock that I should never had sold. Plus, the wife really likes riding in this one.

sunset dart i know that feeling,, i have a prostreet baracuda flow masters,,,super charged 4 speed,,fun car around town,,and i do drive it as far as the gas stations will aloow,,,5 mpg around town 10 on the turnpike,,, 2 holly 650 that now flow 862 cfm each swapped out a 4.56 rear gear for a 3.91 so i can drive the interstate a little easier,,

but i cant wait to get my 40 coupe back up and running so i can also hear the radio,,,turn on the a/c..and cruise to an event,,,

Fish..............I saw your Cuda at Maple Grove this past summer at the Mopars at the Grove..............that's a bad MF fish......went over to check it out and was impressed ........and alittle sad I sold the Dart.

But on the other side all that $$$$$$$$$ i got for it really helped with my new ride.

sunset thanks man,,i hope to finish up or tweak it a bit as far as cleaning up the engine bay,,,was in the process of moving from the mid west back east at that time and never got to really do the engine bay right,,needs a rewire and respray in the bay,,but its just a driver,,,cruise nite type car,,,was in mopar muscle a few years ago and good guys gazzette,,,

i believe i seen ur dart many years ago at carlisle or e town ?? purple??? i couldnt catch up to u where ever it was,, wish you would of said hello at the grove,,i drove there after working 12 hour shift saturday night,, ..

was wondering what ever happened to that dart,,?? e bay ?? some times i think of selling the fish,,get a newer challenger or a first gen viper coupe,, but need to get my coupe back on the road hopefully this year,,
