this compass is not the real deal, so if your thinking about pulling the trigger better think twice.

this is a home made MOpar compass, looks close to the origanal but not the real deal.

So Michael, Can you post a close up photo of the MoPar lettering on this one you have listed now?

OK....good...cause for $2400 I think a potential buyer would want to see a close up view of the factory logo. Are you selling on ebay with more than one id or did you change id's?

Wen i get to my office sure, but you can see the difference in the box alone.

Here is some of my junk I have on my dash and steering wheel post.

1. One bobbin head oil mechanic

2. One six volt electrical fan

3. One compass

4. One real old suicide knob

5. One very old directional arm switch

6. What you cannot see is my cigarette lighter and dispenser and a temperature gage for the inside of the car. And registration paper work for the people who I bought the car from on the column in a plastic envelope.

I think all together with all that stuff I might have a hundred dollars involved and it probably gets just as much attention as a 2500 dollar compass.

Oh that thing on the window is an electrical window heater! six volts and it really works!

6. What you cannot see is my cigarette lighter and dispenser.

The cigarette lighter and dispenser pictured is a bakelite "PRES -A-LITE".

It stores your cigarettes and at the press of a button it dispenses one cigarette and lights it "automatically" so that the driver doesnt have to take their eyes off the road!

Sold as a "safety" item at the time it was often boxed in OEM packaging and sold as an original accessory for some makes of cars. Found a carton of them that were marked with a FORD part # and packaged in OEM boxes.
