greg g Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 Just came in the the semi annual anti social event. Had a good time, Jim Yergan stopped by and oldmanmike stayed and chewed the fat for a while. To bad Chet B didn't make it as there are 3 or 4 28 U in attendence. Rodney didn't make it either. So by Vote of those in attendence Rodney and Chet have been relegated to bench duty and new starters may be named shortly. We had a very nice time Met up with Harold and Denise who are here from California, having driven their recently resurected P15 Sedan fromthe San Fransico area to attend their first Plymouth Meet. We'll Get more into their story later, Fury Lee attended, and Mark A was joined by his two sons Craig and Scott. Steve and Jim from New England are here but without cars. Last night a young fellow from the area stopped by and we got to chatting, he is an 18 year old senior in high school with a mess of mopar cars. He told us about a barn find he and his dad discovered and came over in it to join us this evening. He has a 62 Dodge Lancer GT with a Aluminum block /6 2dr hard top, with push button powerglide. A rare car to begin with as there were a 62 oly body style but finding one with a running aluminum blocked /6 with 95K is pretty unique. Nice day chasing covered bridges and up in the mountains around Camp David. Quote
