41 Dodge maybe...cannot see enough of the lens at top and the bumper corner...but the reflector below the lens appears to be round as the Dodge and not oval as the Plymouth

I think too much of the top lens showing for a 49 Plymouth..these have a top cap that locks the lens in place and extend to the end of the lens...

The car behind is a 1949 Chrysler. The easiest way to tell is the wraparound rear bumper which goes from wheelwell to wheelwell, and the taillights are unique to the 49 Chrysler.

They only made the second series fron Jan to June, so very few convertibles of that body style are around.
