  1. Here is the video of your car. I guess its got a 413 in it. Not my style though.
  2. Great looking car! I saw one on a you tube video, that looks just like yours. I have a P15C, you can check out my profile albums if you plan to tare down the car and rebuild it.
  3. I was afraid it would crack with road vibration and bumps. Even with fiber glass filler. So I did a cut and fab, also use Kemps restorations for the latch plate.
  4. Nick, go to my albums in my profile, it shows everything you are about to do. I had to learn the mig welder by just practicing on thin sheet butt welds. I started on the drivers side then pass, then moved to the back. The key is to find the factory tack welds and grind them off where you are going to cut out. Be careful not to warp the steel and hammer the tack welds, it helps. It's a fun time, enjoy it.
  5. These are great options for exhaust. I think I'm going with Dynomax turbo's. But I have a full ground racing cam, like this video.
  6. Here is your roadster, its a drawing.
  7. My pulley is different than all of those and no balancer. I had the crank, rods, fly wheel and pistons balanced. These cars must have a bunch of different things put on over the years.
  8. I bought ECI kit last month, even with custom wheels I had to grind the caliper a tad. Master cylinder is on its way from ECI this week. I had to put a left steering arm on the right side.
  9. I fabricated mine like this thread here:
  10. Are these the ones that are 1700.00? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1946-1947-1948-Chrysler-Desoto-Dodge-Plymouth-swan-neck-mirrors-2-Need-work/274063744900?hash=item3fcf78df84:g:KXkAAOSwThNdr16Y
  11. I've Always owned Mopar's. In 1988 my first car was a 1967 Dodge Charger it had a 318 with a broken crank. Towed it to high school and rebuilt the motor. It was light yellow with white interior. My most recent Mopar is my 1949 first series P15C. My favorite Mopar is a 1969 hemi GTX.
  12. I'm 46, My first car was a Mopar and I've owned about 20 more, mostly muscle cars. My outlook is that all of us are keeping the classic cars and trucks alive for future motor heads. That's a great thing for a world that is steering away from combustion engines. I hope future generations think about our contribution.?
  13. I ordered my wheels from Vinteques in Feb. and haven't got them yet. They have a supplier problem in China, they weld the drums to the centers. So call them and get lead times. If that's the route you choose.
  14. Great work Nick, Looks like your making good decisions. Brakes look great.
  15. I had to cut mine out with a Dremel tool on my 49. I took the bearing and had the SN looked up. It was from a 47 Plymouth truck. So my axle was changed, must have been a bad accident.
  16. Has anyone heard from the Plymouth doctor lately? My 49 P15C is only waiting his parts to weld on and then ready for paint. His voice mail box is full, I've talked to a few guys that have not been able to contact him.
  17. just about ready for paint
