  1. I'd say if you like it, for sure! It'd be great for hauling bike parts!
  2. Thought you guys would enjoy a few of the things from my stocking this year. A 1952 Studebaker Centennial coin, marked, "The first century of Studebaker Transportation on the roadways of the world." Also, if anybody can clarify the year of the Dodge Brothers hood ornament, that'd be cool. I think its a 1939. Anyway, wishing you all a very merry Christmas!
  3. Huh! I've been living half an hour from the one in Bella Vista and I've never heard of it- I've seen the front of the building, but never any cars. Looks like a neat place.
  4. Go for it man- I'm rooting for you! I had Lady Grey 99% finished in six months, and she looked in considerably worse condition than your Plymmy.
  5. If I'm correct, the apocolyptic movie "2012" featured a pre-war Dodge truck, used by the Tibetan monks in the last part of the movie- anyone seen it?
  6. I cant imagine how loud that would be! But so much fun................
  7. I know! I don't know why people always think that!
  8. Not sure- but its gonna be an awesome............whatever it is! Camper, delivery van- what plans do you have for it?
  9. Beautiful old girl! And I see you are sporting a nice fat suicide/brody/spinner knob! I recently purchased one for Lady Grey, and man what a difference that makes in heaving her around tight corners, even at the low speeds she is currently restricted too! :-)
  10. Beautiful car!
  11. Hey, I just wanted to say thanks to you and all guys like you for helping us young whippersnappers get into old cars! Without some older mechanics in my area I never could have come this far on Lady Grey!
  12. Oh ok- I was watching it on a tiny screen.
  13. Awesome! I especially love when they go after the vette!
  14. Hey man, interesting build- kudos for keeping it Mopar with the new drivetrain! Though I might remove the chunk of black plastic on top.....................I like to see an engine under the hood- but that is just me personally!
  15. True again.................but at least somebody is loving and driving it rather than letting it rot- and I like the slant six!
  16. True, but some require true skill- and a lot of rat-builders I know only use parts and pieces that everyone else would turn noses up to!
  17. Looking forward to some pics!
  18. My mind automatically flipped it- I'm used to reading table numbers on folded over orders at the restaraunt!
  19. Hey man, welcome- hope the build goes great!
  20. 2003 Doge Ram crew cab dually- believe it or not, after my dad put very close to 500,000 miles on it, it is still a super reliable, 20 mpg daily driver !
  21. Awesome guys- I should have thought to check the "Tech" videos- I'll try to weasel some time off work this week and try these tests!
  22. I am not sure if the wires are on correctly at the VR, we just put them back where they were to begin with, replacing the nastier ones. I wasn't sure about taking the wires off while running to check if that made a difference- is that what you are suggesting?
  23. Ok, I did not do anything like this. First, is my genny a delco or ford/lincoln type? Should I wait for the manual for this info? And which one is the FLD terminal? And I just had them rebuild the generator because the starter was worn out and I was already taking it in to them- and in the few times it was running before the re-build, the ancient battery it came with didn't stay charged either, now that I think of it. Though that may have been just the age and condition of the battery.
