  4. this is the 2nd one in less than 2 years that hit 7.2. The first one we lost 2 jars of preserves.

  8. Her's is a 4 door not a Safari. The Safari model was the closest that I could find to paint and visualize the paint schemes. I've seen the Stainless pieces on ebay for around 200.

  12. I'm pretty sure that I read that he's a steer not a bull. That's one of the reasons that they castrate them. They grow larger/faster. More meat.

  15. They always look so much better after blasting. It will look even better after paint. March on Nick.
  16. The car had some of the original undercoating still in place. About 45% I'd guess. Where it was still on the metal underneath was still rust free when I removed the undercoating. There was still paint under it.
  17. Yes. It's a metallic electric dark blue. Up here in Alaska 4 liters is $238 I believe. With those deep rear fender wells it takes a lot of material. With the front fenders and inner fenders to do I hope I can get it done with 7 liters.
  18. You're welcome Jim.
  19. Just put the U-POL tintable undercoat on. Took 5 liters and I'll need another two. Still have to do touchup, outside of inner fenders and the inside of the front fenders.

Please let me know how the rockers fit when you have them in. I bought floor pans and rockers from C2C for my 55 Pontiac. Good thick metal and they were oversized but the rolled beads were very shallow. The rockers did not go all the way across on the top from outside to floor.
  21. Finally done with the body work. Have it ready for final sanding before color. The worst is over now it's just mostly money. lol

I've used 18 in both of the cars that I've replaced the floors in. Yes it's harder to form. But it's much stronger. From the photos you don't have that much forming to do. I'd use 18.
  23. You don't want to change the fluid if you don't have to.
  24. Plymouth body parts are not the same as Dodge. They are usually smaller.
