When I owned my 48 Stinson plane with an STC for auto gas, (means that I could legally use auto fuel), I was told no ethanol fuel.

We are a little lucky on gas in Alaska. None in the state has ethanol in it. But we pay more per gallon that the lower 48 also.

Don where did you get the manifold setup? I've seen the split exhaust and dual carbs but not a set that still had the heat riser in it.

I believe they collect on every payment. I used to be an antique firearms dealer and sold lots of guns with paypal. I made the buyer pay the fees as the prices were up in the 1000's and the fees add up.

It's an early 47 so it has the 16" wheels.

Hardly any. I was surprised and delighted. Now that I know it runs I can move on to pulling it and the tranny to start on the frame.
