  1. Pete, for me, the pieces in the claws are the best, even at that I prefer haddock, shrimp, and oysters over lobster. I eat it once each vacation to Maine, as a matter of rite.
  2. Quebec City, a small taste of Europe. Ladies had to shop so. . . Today we go country, I'm not a brick and mortar guy. It's cooler here, 40 degrees this morning, nice.
  3. The surface of the Suburban in question is not rusty. It is tempered metal. Properly cleaned will give a great physical showpiece with its history in tact. JMHO
  4. We have one lobster dinner each time we come to Maine. We buy it from a lobsterman fron that days catch. To me it is overrated, I prefer oysters, shrimp, and east coast haddock over lobster and an Omaha corn fed steak over them all, but that is just me.
  5. Taken at Bath, ME July 4 parade, 2018
  6. I respect Andydodge's anti patina preference but if you paint thr car, then you will be just another owner of a nice looking old car, but if you leave it, as is, you will retain the car's history and folk will gather around to hear that story. Your choice. I would not put one drop of paint on the exterior of that car! JMHO.
  7. Organic farmers are beginning to use horses more in their farming practices. I can recall memories of horse drawn wagons and hand corn picking, and horse drawn hay mowers and raking. Large rancher used strong teams to pull hay wagons while the ranch pitched off hay to feed cattle until just recently. Question, what do you recal?
  8. I'm changing! I've had my foot in my mouth so many times, one leg is shorter than the other so that now I tend to go in circles.LoL
  9. I do, but I'm not telling!

  19. Don, we are all not so fortunate as you to be or perceive ourselves as the judges of workmanship. I am an admitted novice, to make something or better yet to actually make it WORK is a significant accomplishment for me. I've been at this for about six years with no previous training or experience. I think I'm doing JUST FINE, thank you very much!
