47 Dodge Custom wiper motor install help needed

This is the electric wiper motor installed in a 1948 Dodge B-1 truck; note the location of that big screw in a mounting bracket with a ground wire attached. As for the wiper pivot chrome bezel has its oil hole pointing towards the sky; there should be a screw in that hole to be removed only for adding oil to the wiper pivot shaft. -

maybe try refilling the carb thru the vent the next time it acts up to see if it'll start additional information - carb vent filler can mechanical fuel pumps have 2 check valves...maybe the downstream check valve is sticking.

yep, CR increased over the years, and there were a few years that a 2bbl carb was used before the slant 6 debuted. Playing with the cam might yield more bhp but the large trucks used a split exhaust manifold setup for a reason: increased induction requires increased exhaust flow for higher bhp 👈
