    I have them on my 50 dodge. Not that wide wish they were. No problem with them except one needs to have the bead broke and pushed in better. It popped out a little when I put them on. $10 for set at a swap meet.

    Guy asked me what my dodge truck was worth. Told him $5000. Couple days later he was at the door with$5000 cash. I took it, what a fool I am! Any body asks what my 50 d34 is worth I,ll say $20000 see if he is as dumb as I was!!

    After you replace it the old one will jump right out of hiding. Then you will kick yourself for not seeing it.

    on my 50 dodge the switch is in brake line back near the rearend.

    Do you have fluid drive? If my idle is set a little fast it has to be going at higher speed for it to shift.

    I got visor and skirts for my 50 dodge from agape. I like them.

    I went to local parts store told them what I wanted. He went and got it off the shelf. Can't remember price but was surprised it was so cheap and easy to find.

    I think it was off a chebby. Friend said they used them drag racing for more air flow. Had to drill the center hole a little bigger.

    My 230 had same problem. New radiator didn't hrelp much. Flushed motor repeatably water tube is clean. I put a 7 blade fan on it and problem was cured.

    You need a carbide drill bit to drill out broken ez outs.

    I have a friend who is a great mechanic and do anything to cars. He says a gen does't know 12 volts from 6 and it is all controlled by the volt regulator. What do you guys think of this? Also I need a new battery for my 6 volt pos grnd. Can I use off the shelf or does it need to be charged for pos grnd?
