Kilgore47 Posted February 28 Report Posted February 28 Finished setting up the lift last night. Just put the 50 on it a few minutes ago. Still need to move the tools to this shop. More news later 8 Quote
Los_Control Posted March 1 Report Posted March 1 That sure is some uptown living there ... Looking good! 1 Quote
Kilgore47 Posted March 2 Author Report Posted March 2 In my happy place. Working on an old car. This car has two carbs so it's twice the fun. They look good. Alshere59 did a good job cleaning them. Should have it back together in a couple of hours. Next I need to adjust the clutch. The lift will make that much easier. More news later Quote

jclars Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 Your pic brought a smile to my face! Good job on your shop - congrats! Thanks for sharing your shop build too - it provided me info to put new LED UFO lights in my shop! Look how bright your shop is! Quote
keithb7 Posted March 9 Report Posted March 9 (edited) Definitely a little envy here. I’ve never had the luxury of height for a lift. Maybe someday. I’ve even thought of putting one up outside but, lots of negatives there. Edited March 9 by keithb7 Quote
Dan Hiebert Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 Excellent! Good to have a garage built to accommodate a lift. Our garage was originally built to grow marijuana year 'round (well before our ownership, when it was still illegal in ME) so I've had to sidestep some minor design shortcomings, but the overall size outweighs those. It's well insulated, though - I can almost heat it with a match. 1 Quote
