OnlyMopar
Trying to locate a source for small dash bulb sockets. Need 3, one for each direction indicator, and one for the high beam indicator. They are for a 1947 Dodge Custom. I have searched using every search word I can think of, any help would be appreciated

soth122003
Why are changing the sockets? If it is because the wiring is bad, you should be able to push the old base out of the socket and solder a new wire to it. I was just wondering because that seems to be what you pic shows. Joe Lee Yes, wiring shoot, and spring/washers shoot also, and not maintaining contact with the bulb.
JBNeal
I have rehab'd these original sockets with aftermarket sockets by swapping out the spring and lead...it's economical and quick turnaround time for something that no one will see, and I get the best of both worlds by using the original socket that is of heavier duty construction than the new ones.
