I saw this this morning in Moro Bay Area, under carriage is from a corvette.

This is a Desoto Airflow and not the Airstream model. very unique body style and a super great car to drive.  The Desoto Airflows only had the flat head 6 cylinder where as the Chryslers had the  flat head 8 cylinder engines.

I believe it's a '36 model DeSoto Airflow

From the rear 3/4 pic it looks like the rear side window has been filled in to give that "limo" look...........nice car.....I could learn to live with it...........lol....tho' I'm not sure I could live with the layin' frame look.......lol.

I don't know about the Desoto models but the Chrysler versions had one with the rear quarter windows blanked out like above, IIRC referred to as a town car.
