desoto1939 Posted July 24, 2023 Report Posted July 24, 2023 This is a Desoto Airflow and not the Airstream model. very unique body style and a super great car to drive. The Desoto Airflows only had the flat head 6 cylinder where as the Chryslers had the flat head 8 cylinder engines. Rich hartung Quote
Sniper Posted July 24, 2023 Report Posted July 24, 2023 Sweet, love that he kept the vintage interior, right down to the steering wheel. 1 Quote

andyd Posted July 25, 2023 Report Posted July 25, 2023 (edited) From the rear 3/4 pic it looks like the rear side window has been filled in to give that "limo" look...........nice car.....I could learn to live with it...........lol....tho' I'm not sure I could live with the layin' frame look.......lol. maok Posted July 25, 2023 Report Posted July 25, 2023 I don't know about the Desoto models but the Chrysler versions had one with the rear quarter windows blanked out like above, IIRC referred to as a town car. Quote
