E-bay sellers, 4 day shipping means:  it will be four days before we do anything toward getting the order out the door.....

 

However I will admit there are still a few that get your on the way quickly....but....look for a low volume seller not a mega seller...these guys deserve your business as they try harder...just hope success does not ruin their track record.

It seems that I have had ridiculously good luck with shipping times nowadays. Everything has been showing up sooner than expected.

 

Other hand, the DMV took me eight weeks to get my tag for the boat trailer. I sent in the truck and boat registration at the same time.

 

It took five weeks longer to get the boat tag.

My wife stills sells the occasional item on Flea-Bay(after years of it being her main thing) and she just about kills herself getting whatever sells out the day it’s paid for.

I used to sell a lot, still occasionally.  I always tried to end auctions on weekends and shipped mostly with USPS.   Since they aren't available to ship S/S, that gave me a couple of days to pack and print the labels without delaying shipment.  If a buy-it-now sells and payment is received on a weekday, it goes out the next, always.
