LMBoise
I am getting ready to put the engine back in the 48 B1B. As with most things, this project has taken much longer than I thought and I forget what was there when I pulled the engine. I cannot remember if the front engine mount bracket that attaches to the frame has any rubber mounts between the frame and bracket. I do not see any in the shop manual, but would think there would be some type of rubber mount. Thanks for the help!
Tooljunkie
No. Bolts solid. The rubber is between engine and mount.
47Jim
I just did mine, if you bought a new mount from one of the big Mopar repro distributors, be prepared to use a rat tail file on all four bolt holes, the centers on the china mounts are a good 16th wide at least, I wanted mine as centered as possible so I took a wee bit off of each hole. Good luck

Tooljunkie
And metric nuts. Kind of a disappointment. But it does hold engine up.
