pflaming
Many paint the intake manifold same as the engine and the exhaust black. Questions, what kinds of paint and surface prep. How does one get a nice smooth surface. A very nice example is Don Coatney's engine. The detail on that engine is incredible, especially the tubing. Bob Riding
Paul, For the exhaust, I used POR 15 engine exhaust paint, manifold gray. For the intake, POR 15 silver. It has kept it's color and hasn't rusted in 3 years of use.
Uberchin
Clean and spray your exhaust manifold with a product called Slipplate Graphite Spray (NAPA carries it). Two coats with a quick polishing in between. It will look new again and last for years. You can find this easy process by searching online.
