desoto1939 Posted October 16, 2014 Report Posted October 16, 2014 Bingster: Did you ever look at your post about the vent rubber gaskets. I found gaskets at Steele rubber. and you have not replied as to if this is what you were looking for. Forum members are willing to help but we have not heard back from you on that post. Bingster Posted October 16, 2014 Author Report Posted October 16, 2014 Rich, I'm not certain which post you're talking about. If you mean the recent post on page one that was started by Dodge guy. I know where to find vent rubber, in fact I told Dodge guy a couple of sources. Quote
Bingster Posted October 16, 2014 Author Report Posted October 16, 2014 And I do want to apologize to the forum members for resorting to vulgarity. It's just that post hit me the wrong way. I don't usually go around in my daily life using that type of language, and I can imagine that most of you don't come to this forum expecting to relax from your troubles and be faced by this tension between members. That's not what this forum is all about. It's a comradery between people who love old cars and like to talk about them. However, if you guys feel I'm a weak link in the chain, I'll bow out gracefully. Quote

This was my bad reply. Sorry, Rich HArtung Quote
Bingster Posted October 17, 2014 Author Report Posted October 17, 2014 No problem, Rich. Hey, I'd emailed you awhile back 'cause I'm very interested in your wood graining. I'm going to give it a whirl this winter with the Grain-It process. Quote
